Ingredients: 5 medium potatoes, salt and pepper, ham, 4 eggs, sausage, Parmesan, parsley, fontina cheese, 1 tablespoon of butter.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan oven).
Cook the potatoes and mash to a puree into bowl, let cool.
Add the eggs, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper, butter, fontina cheese in small pieces, finely chopped prosciutto and mortadella.
Mix the ingredients and fill the pan level.
Bake for 1 hour by putting the grill in the last 10 min.
The ingredients can easily be changed according to tastes and what we find in the fridge!
