APPLE CAKE AND CHOCOLATE

Ingredients: 2 kg of apples, 300 grams. macaroons, 300 gr. biscuit biscuit, 3 Cucco. rum or other liquor, an orange juice, 2 Tbsp. of bitter coffee, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 / 2 cup white wine, pine nuts, walnuts and almonds, half a bar of dark chocolate or cocoa.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Wipe the apples and cut into small pieces, put them in a pot. Cook with the liqueur, orange juice, coffee, butter and white wine.
Blend all the ingredients finely.
Chop cookies and amaretti powder and mixed with mashed apple still on fire. Add chocolate and stir.
Grease the pan with a little 'butter, blend the mixture with the mixer still, put in the walnuts, pine nuts and almonds. Place the mixture into the pan and level them.
Cook for about 60 min.
