Jon Lester's Baseball Glove

STEW WITH TOMATO - CREAM CARAMEL SWEET

CREM CARAMEL (x 10 servings)

Ingredients: 1 liter of milk, 4 large eggs (or 5 medium), 5 Cucco. sugar. X
the caramel: 1 teaspoon sugar cup + 2 Tbsp., 3 Cucco. water

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Whip eggs with sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, stir in the milk.
Prepare the caramel in a saucepan over low heat without turning until golden brown. Pour on the bottom of the cup. Fill the cups with the mixture. Put the cups and a pan of water with 2 fingers on the bottom. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Waiting to form a golden crust on the surface.
