Ingredients: 500 ml whole milk, 3 eggs, 40 gr. butter, 250 gr. of flour, a pinch of salt for those sweet
add 60 gr. of sugar.

Melt the butter in a double boiler. Let cool. In a bowl sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and sugar if the crepes are sweet. Besides, beat the eggs. Combine the milk to the flour and mix well without lumps, add the eggs and melted butter.
Let stand covered for 30 min. stirring occasionally.
heat the pan for crepes, pour a ladle of mixture and spread evenly. Cook about 1 min. then turn the crepes.
Keep warm until the filling.
