Ingredients: 300 grams of chestnut cream, half a glass of milk, 40 gr. cocoa powder, 100 gr. powdered sugar, 2 egg whites, 4 Cucco. liquor, salt.
the chestnut cream and milk, liquor and cocoa and blend. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and continue beating until it becomes very thick. Mix the chestnut mixture, stirring gently from top to bottom.
Pour into 4 small bowls and let cool in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
