BASES - PIZZA DOUGH
Ingredients: 1 kg of flour, 30 gr. of salt, 18 gr. yeast, lukewarm water.
Mix ingredients vigorously with warm water, let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Panning after anointed with a little 'oil the bottom of the pans and let rise for 1 ½ hours by covering with a damp cloth. Season to taste and bake in a hot oven.
