Mysoremalige Blue Filim

SWEET - SWEET

panna cotta with caramel (4 people)

Ingredients: 500 gr. fresh cream, 7 oz. gelatin sheets (3 sheets), 150 gr. sugar, 1 vanilla pod.

Soak gelatin in cold water. In a saucepan heat the cream with the vanilla for 10 minutes over low heat without boiling. Remove the vanilla and add half sugar and gelatin squeezed. All ingredients over low heat. Remove from heat. REMAINING Heat sugar with 2 tablespoons of water on the fire, bringing to a boil. Remove from heat as soon as it darkens. Divide the caramel into 4 molds and pour in the cream. Let cool to room temperature and then place in the refrigerator to solidify for at least 3 hours.
