Ingredients: 1 jar of plain yogurt, 3 eggs, 1 scoop of sugar, a spoonful of peanut oil seeds, 3 scoops flour, 1 tablespoon baking vanilla sugar. 
  Use the jar as a scoop of yogurt. 
  Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan oven shelf half-) 
  Break the eggs and yolks with the mounted scoop of sugar until mixture is light and fluffy, stirring constantly, add the spoon of oil, 3 measures of flour and yeast. Stir in yogurt. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix them gently into the mixture. 
  Grease and flour a 18 cm springform pan, pour the mixture and livellatelo. 
  Bake for 40 minutes (do not open the oven during the first 20 min) controlled the area with a toothpick. When cooked, unmold and let cool.
