STUFFED POTATOES

Ingredients: 6 large potatoes, 100 gr. sausage, 100 gr. of minced beef, 1 egg, 30 gr. Parmesan cheese, a sprig of parsley, 50 gr. butter, 100 ml of broth, 1 teaspoon salt, salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Peel the potatoes, wash and dry. Boil water with salt and soak the potatoes for 12 min. Dry, removed the cap top and carved the flesh with a spoon to form a trough.
Peel the sausages and mix the minced beef, add the egg, Parmesan, parsley, finely chopped, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fill the potatoes and arrange them in a pan with a knob of butter on each, cover with the cap brushed with butter. At the bottom of the pan, pour in the hot broth. Put in oven and cook for 20 min.
