Ingredients: Buitoni Pasta brisa, 20 gr. Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, pepper.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough
brisè and sprinkle with half the Parmesan. Fold it over itself 4 times and roll it out again. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and a little 'pepper. Cut the strips to brisè 10x2. arrange on a baking sheet with parchment paper giving it the desired shape (roll it up etc...)
Bake for 5 min. or until the breadsticks will be golden and crisp.
