- fried sage
Ingredients: large sage leaves, beer, 3 Cucco. white flour, a pinch of salt, 1 egg, water, oil for frying.
Wash the leaves of sage, remove the stem. Prepare the batter by mixing eggs, flour, salt and beer to rise. Dip the sage leaves in batter and let soak until oil in the pan is not hot.
