Ingredients: 6 large peaches and not too ripe, 2 Tbsp. of dry Marsala wine (or other liquor), 1 teaspoon. sugar, butter, cocoa powder, dried macaroons.
Preriscladate oven to 180 degrees (fan oven).
Divide the peaches in half without removing the skin, remove the core and dig a bit 'center with a spoon to create a little' space for the filling. Put the pulp into a bowl obtained. Add the amaretti crumbs with your hands, cocoa, sugar and liquor.
Mix well the mixture, butter a baking dish, arrange the peaches filled with the mixture and place each on a knob of butter. Add 2 tablespoons of water in the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 40 min. according to the size of peaches or decrease the time if they are smaller.
